Message Attributes: Radical Self-Love, Healthy Relationships, Holding Space for Self and Others, The Work of Love

"Your worthiness is affirmed by your actions to show up for your growth first, and then turbo charged and mirrored back when someone else is ready to do the work of love with you.

Welcome to The Revolution, Beloved."

This pog was created using oil pastels on aluminum substrate, the artist uses their synesthesia to get the color, texture, and movement of a song in two-dimensions.  You can listen to the song ("I Do" by Placebo) while looking at the image to receive its message, and there is further inspiration below.

The Self/Other relationship is one of reciprocity, or in its most ideal and healthy state it is.  For as long as we have been squaring off against patriarchy, the beast with many heads, this relationship has been broken, the reciprocal cycles forcibly held in states of absolutes.  If The Self is not even possible without The Other, when each remains permanently fixed to those positions we see breakdown everywhere in how we as a species move through and navigate this life - relating to all of the consciousnesses: people, animals, the earth, our ancestors, and the universe.

Consequently - it is within our power to begin to heal this pain of being held in stone.  When you show up and step into Radical Self-Love, you become a true Self - capable of (and sees value in being) an Other, where you love on qualities that make you bristle (ahem, shadow work) and shine on the ones you adore, you not only cast signals for others to do the same - you are more able to receive (all of the) love from the outside.  Your worthiness is affirmed by your actions to show up for your growth first, and then it is turbo charged and mirrored back when someone else shows up who is ready to do the work of love with you.

Welcome to The Revolution, Beloved.
